Laurence East
Laurence East brings over two decades of experience in the business, nonprofit, social impact, and faith-based sectors. With a proven background in nonprofit organizations (including over a decade in church leadership), event planning, organizational development, and public speaking, Laurence has dedicated his career to empowering communities and driving sustainable change.
He holds an MA in Politics with a focus on Development Economics and International Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Laurence also contributes his expertise as a faculty member at UBC's School of Management.
Brian McKenzie
Brian McKenzie is a versatile strategic growth professional specializing in corporate leadership, growth marketing, communications, and organizational development. With extensive experience in helping social enterprises and nonprofits achieve maximum growth, Brian excels in corporate strategy, brand development, and revenue growth.
A former church elder for nearly a decade, he has a proven track record in leading teams, for-profit and nonprofit fundraising, and culture building. Brian’s entrepreneurial spirit and strategic approach make him an ideal resource for any growth or organizational development project.
Jon Buller
With more than 25 years of vocational experience as an executive director in the arts and faith-based charitable sector, Jon Buller brings a breadth and depth to the conversations that many organizations are having about their long-term sustainability.
Buller holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. As a former pastor in a large church, Juno-nominated recording artist and most recently a business development manager at a financial tech startup he is an impactful individual to have on the team at Reframe Concepts.
Jon is a gatherer and an equipper, whether that involves drawing an audience for an inspiring concert, or inviting decision-makers and funders into the room to build support and maximize the impact of a project together.
